John Proctor As A Tragic Hero The Crucible, written in 1953 by Arthur Miller is an exact representation of the which chases and preliminaries in Salem Massachusetts during the seventeenth century. The story rotates around a man named John Proctor. Through the span of the book, John delegate goes from simply being an onlooker in the which chases, to having his better half charged, to being denounced himself and in the end hung. John Proctor, a grievous legend, kicked the bucket because of his own issues. John Proctor experienced his life as a respectable Christian man. He can be depicted as calm, and not handily drove and furthermore regarded and even dreaded. He is likewise difficult and had a solid feeling of good and bad.
